1. How do orders get delivered?

  • BY FASTWAY COURIERS (Door to door) – If you are on our couriers regular route, delivery will be to your home or office. We will email you your tracking number. This takes approximately 2 – 5 working days after leaving us.
  • BY ALTERNATIVE COURIERS – If you are not on our regular courier route, your product will either be sent via the Post Office Speed Services (Counter Collection) – this service is very reliable, or via PEP’s couriers, PAXI (Counter Collection). We can also offer you the option of paying an additional R40 courier fees to be sent via ARAMEX (delivered to your door). We email you the tracking number. PAXI takes about 5-10 working days and POST OFFICE and ARAMEX take approximately 2-5 working days to arrive.
  • PLEASE NOTE: once your order has been sent and you have been emailed your tracking number, the onus is on you to follow up on the parcel. Any returned orders due to non-collection, will be subject to a further delivery fee. Orders that are “lost” during delivery, excluding those lost due to customer negligence, will be replaced by us at no extra cost.

2. Which shops can I buy the products from?

  • Go to the agents | stores page for a full list of our retail outlets
  • It is always advisable to call ahead to make sure that they have the item you are looking for

3. What is the difference between the MOM and the WOW Diary?

  • The cover says WOW instead of MOM
  • There are 4 pages that are exclusive to kids details that have been left out of the WOW Diary
  • Because most women wear so many different hats, we have found the format works for all women. We kept our wording generic to fit both!

4. How do I pay for my online order?

  • When you reach the checkout point, you will be given the option of PayFast or  EFT.
  • If you want to pay via credit card, select the PayFast option.
  • If you select EFT, you will be sent the bank details via email to do a transfer or deposit.
  • All orders need to be paid for in full before the order will be posted or delivered.

5. Is there another way I can order?

  • Yes, you are welcome to email your order to sales@thepapery.co.za.
  • Please include details of product, size, colour as well as your delivery address and mobile phone number.
  • We will send you bank details and payment can be done via EFT.

Please Note: We reserve the right to increase prices. This will usually occur when we have sold out and due to demand are required to print & deliver in a shorter period of time. All orders already placed will remain at the same price.
