Exclusive Recipe from Justine Drake in our MOM & WOW Diaries 2026: Beef Sausage and Bean Stew
We’re back with another comforting, family-friendly recipe from Justine Drake, straight from our MOM & WOW Diaries 2026.
This Beef Sausage and Bean Stew is perfect for hungry tummies and busy evenings. It’s hearty, budget friendly, and incredibly versatile. Serve it in bowls with mashed potato, rice, or any starch you fancy. You can also swap the beans depending on what you have on hand, chickpeas, butterbeans, cannellini beans, or even baked beans all work beautifully.
It’s one of those easy, throw-it-together meals that delivers big flavour with minimal effort.
