Rustik leather A6 journal

I love this little journal. I was looking for a journal to carry in my handbag on trips. I love that I can quickly take it out and make some notes or scribble an idea for my next project. It’s not only pretty but so versatile!

Good But Lacking in Some Areas

The journal is beautiful and I love that I can have three notebooks at the same time. However, I did have to remove the elastic and replace it with cord because the elastic made it very difficult to close and it was warping the leather. Also, the leather is very soft so it is a bit "floppy" and it can get folded over in a bag very easily. It's really not bad but there are some things that could be improved. It would be great if the elastic was looser and if the leather was reinforced somehow.

Great Alternative To TN

I bought this to support an SA company instead of the Japanese counterpart and it's also my third purchase from The Papery now. The leather's buttery soft & the paper quality has never disappointed me so I loved it here as well; it's also great with gel pens (I use Pilot G2 07s). It's the perfect size for inside a handbag, which is what prompted me to purchase since I already used the Flexi A5 Softcover in my bag.

I hope we can have elastic cord replacements in the future that dont need a knot to hold the inserts in.

Lovely little journal

A nice size to carry around and do my day to day journalling, lists, etc. The leather is buttery soft and the notebooks are good quality and handle fountain pen inks without bleeding through.
