Bar One Marshmallow Fudge

Make this decadent treat with only 4 ingredients! (Prep overnight)

This recipe yields 24 fudge squares

Ingredients

2 x 395g cans sweetened condensed milk
3 x 180g blocks dark chocolate, chopped
3 x 72g Bar One bars, chopped
1/2 x 250g packet marshmallows, quartered

Step 1

Grease an 18cm x 28cm slice pan. Line base and all sides with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above edges of pan.

Step 2

Place condensed milk and chocolate in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring for 5 minutes or until mixture is smooth and combined.

Step 3

Working quickly, stir in Bar One bars and marshmallows. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Level top with spatula.

Step 4

Refrigerate fudge overnight or until firm. Serve cut into squares.

Notes:

Fudge must be stored in an airtight container in the fridge, If stored at room temperature, it will become very soft.
